Once again McLaren Third Driver, Pedro de la Rosa, has topped the charts for the second Friday practice in Shanghai today for the China Grand Prix.
The battle between McLaren and Renault is really hotting up, with all three McLarens setting times within the top five for the session, while Renault has gained some pace on the McLarens and set the forth and seventh best times on the chart.
There was a short time of tension when Red Bull Racing’s, David Coulthard, lost control of his car heading into turn two, but was skillfully able to regain control before it ran into the gravel.
Tomorrow all teams will be going for glory when Saturday First Practice starts at 9am local time, until Qualifying at 2pm.
