After mysteriously struggling for form in recent races, Nick Heidfeld says he is now back on track.
The German took his BMW-Sauber to eighth place in Spain just over a week ago, and now insists that it indicates ‘back to normal’ in terms of his pace.
”This is personally very important to me,” he said.
‘Quick Nick’ added: ”The things we did (to fix the problem) were obviously right, as were our judgements about what had been wrong.”
Heidfeld’s problems, meanwhile, only magnified the much-improved form of his teammate Jacques Villeneuve, who similarly struggled at the Hinwil based team last year.
