Caterham`s third driver, Heikki Kovalainen will drive in Free Pracice during this week Japan Grand Prix.
“Suzuka’s going to see the return of @H_Kovalainen to Friday track action. Heikki will be driving FP1 for us in @Charles_Pic1’s car” – wrote Caterham on their Twitter account.
It will be fifth former McLaren driver`s appearance in this year`s official sessions. Earlier he drove in Bahrain, Spain, Belgium and Italy.
Kovalainen admits that Suzuka is one of his favourites tracks in Formula 1 season. Finn still hopes for return to F1 next year.
