The first day of testing in Spielberg began in the morning with a long rain delay – until after the lunch break. In the afternoon the track was getting drier. After a brief, light rain it was partly sunny in the late afternoon. Due to weather conditions the test was extended to 20.00. The day ended as it began – with rain.

The second and final day of testing in Spielberg began with much better weather conditions than the first one: Slightly cloudy with sunshine in the morning as well as in the afternoon for the second and final in-season test of the year.
