Badoer sets the pace

Ferrari, B.A.R, Renault, Toyota, Williams, McLaren, Red Bull, and Midland all tested at Jerez today. Despite a crash Luca Badoer was the fastest man of the day.

Badoer went off the track with an mechanical failure. Ferrari is going to investigate the car to find out wat exactly happened. McLaren’s Alexander Wurz also went of track and came in contact with the barrier.

Ralf Schumacher was replaced by Ryan Briscoe who suffered from pain in his back.

Jacques Villeneuve returned to the track for the first time since the Grand-Prix of Brasil.
