Cosworth plan last hurrah for Brazil

Cosworth has vowed to ‘pull out all the stops’ in Brazil for what could be the beleaguered engine supplier’s last F1 race.

After the Northampton-based company failed to secure a partner for 2007, it emerged at Suzuka that Mark Webber is due to have a fresh V8 fitted to the rear of his Williams at Interlagos, which is the final grand prix of the season.

”We will pull out all the stops for what is potentially our last race in formula one,” said Cosworth’s head of F1 engineering Simon Corbyn.
