Da Costa fastest in 2nd day of young drivers tests

Antonio Felix da Costa was the fastest driver during second day of young drivers test on Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi.

During first day the fastest man in Abu Dhabi was Kevin Magnussen in McLaren MP4-27. Yesterday, similarly as in Day 1, 6 teams with 7 drivers took part in tests, but this time other drivers had opportunity to show their skills in F1 cars.

The fastest man of the day was Antonio Felix da Costa from Red Bull. Portuguese made 1:42.679s. which was 38 thousands of second slower that Day 1 record. Second was Oliver Turvey in McLaren and third Edoardo Mortara in Lotus.

Drivers made from 62 to 94 laps in almost perfect weather conditions.

5. Gary Paffett – McLaren MP4-27: 1:43.771, 41 laps
6. Johnny Cecotto jr – Toro Rosso STR7: 1:44.569, 76 laps
7. Giedo van der Garde – Caterham CT-01: 1:45.106, 72 laps

Today is the last day of tests. On Yas Marina circuit will drive:
Caterham: Alexander Rossi (USA)
Lotus: Davide Valsecchi (Italy)
McLaren: Kevin Magnussen (Dennmark), Oliver Turvey (Great Britain),
Red Bull: Robin Frijns (Netherlands)
Sauber: Esteban Gutierrez (Mexico)
Toro Rosso: Luiz Razia (Brazil)
