Ferrari continues testing work in Bahrain

Third day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, working again at the Sakhir circuit, in Bahrain.

Luca Badoer and Marc Gene, worked on defining the best set-up for the cars at their disposal and benefited from the first really sunny day.

Working respectively at the wheel of a modified F2005 and a F2004 with a V8 engine, both pf drivers completed their programmes centred on both tire development and, in conjunction with Shell, of the new engine which will be used as from the start of the 2006 season.

Luca Badoer completed 68 laps, the quickest in a time of 1.35.804. Marc Gené did 105 laps which the best time of 1.34.484.

Both drivers continue testing here tomorrow.
