Journalists who arrived to Paris for FIA hearing in secret Pirelli-Mercedes tyre test case are not allowed to use social media during hearing. We know list of judges who will decide whether Mercedes is guilty of breaking test ban.
Attention of everyone from F1 world is focused on Paris where has just started hearing of Mercedes and Pirelli which are suspected of breaking F1 rules about tests during the season. Both sides insist that tyre test after Barcelona Grand Prix was 100% legal.
We already know who will be the judges in that trial. President of the FIA International Tribunal hearing will be Edwin Glasgow. He is an FIA court of appeal judge. Laurent Anselmi (lawyer), Chris Harris (lawyer), Patrick Raedersdorf and Tony Scott-Andrews (UK`s Motors Sport Council member) will be judges during that hearing.
Firstly will speak FIA, then Mercedes and Pirelli. Parties will have possibility to respond to other sides words.
Unexpected guest on today`s hearing is for sure Red Bull boss, Christian Horner. Other teams sent their legal observes. Journalists are not allowed to reveal any details from hearing.

FIA insist, that there was only informational contact with Mercedes and Pirelli and they didn`t approve test.

Mercedes is underlining that test was organised by Pirelli and Italian manufacturer should have FIA permission.

Mercedes` Ross Brawn revealed Charlie`s Whiting e-mail in which he wrote: “I think that such test will not be actually organised by the team. Do you think we could take such a position as to allow Pirelli to carry out a productive test?”
Lawyer’s answer : “We could take such position.”
Ross Brawn also questioned the FIA earlier argument, which holds that Whiting’s position has no legal force in such a situation and these type of matters are solved by the World Motor Sport Council.

Probably FIA will not make a verdict today in Pirelli & Mercedes test.

FIA will anounce its verdict tomorrow. Mercedes proposed a penalty – reprimand and ban for young test drivers at Silverstone.
