Organisers of Indian Grand Prix have been awarded by FIA for best promotions of their race.
Indian Grand Prix, which this year was held between 26th and 28th October was organized by Jaypee Sports International Limited (JPSI). This year this round had less attendance than in 2011 but organisers got many positive feedbacks for promotion and organization of it.
JPSI Managing Director and CEO Sammeer Gaur received award in Istambul during FIA Prize Giving Gala. He was very proud with such honour, especially that his company received it for the second time in history – two years in a row.
Gaur announced that they will do everything to get a hat-trick and win this prize in 2013 also.
It wasn`t only prize for India – Farhan Vohra, race operations in-charge at the Buddh International Circuit was announced the Best Clerk of the Course.
