Japanese driver Takashi Kogure will test with Honda at Valencia this week.
The 27-year-old, who races in the Formula Nippon and Super GT series in Japan, will drive last year’s car on Wednesday and Thursday, Honda announced in a statement on Monday.
“Kogure has been rewarded with the RA107 drive as part of the Formula Dream Project through which Honda supports and develops promising young drivers,” the team said.
