Maciej Baran – Michal Solowow’s former co-driver – will drive with Robert Kubica during the 2013 season in ERC and WRC. Kubica is officially on the Rally Islas Canarias startlist.
Baran is a very experienced co-driver who during the last few seasons was driving with Michał Solowow (Synthos Cersanit Rally Team) in ERC. Now he will be Kubica`s co-driver in ERC and WRC rallies.
The Pole will start in 10 days in the Rally Islas Canarias – the third round of the ERC 2013 series. The Pole will drive a Citroen DS3 RRC with number 5.
Kubica still has mobility problems with his right arm and he cannot drive single-seaters but in rallies he is very quick and he should be one of the stars of the 2013 ERC season.
In the WRC series the Pole will start in mid-April during the Rally of Portugal. He will drive the same car in the WRC2 category.
As informed website www.robertscomeback.blogspot.com, Kubica’s scheudle should be announced in a few days at a special press conference in Poland.
