One of the first men to congratulate Kimi Raikkonen after the Finn won his first race in a Ferrari was not even in Australia.
Team boss Jean Todt handed the 27-year-old a mobile phone shortly after he emerged from the car and took off his racing helmet and mask.
“It was Michael (Schumacher),” Raikkonen confirmed in Australia, “but the line was not very good, so I could not
understand.”
Retired Schumacher, 38, was calling from his home in Switzerland.
