Michael Schumacher is optimistic about the forthcoming 2006 season. The 7-time world champion is very positive after his recent tests in Jerez, the German thinks Ferrari wil be back at the top next year.
“My feeling about the coming season is not too bad”, said Schumacher. “The Jerez tests did please me, but of course it is much too early to make predictions, because the cars were not all in comparable configurations.”
“At last, when I stepped out of the car, I had a satisfying feeling. We seem to have done a very good job with the V8. In 2006, we want to have a say in the outcome of the title again.”
