Williams driver Nico Rosberg will on Friday compete in a go-kart race — on ice.
The Philips Ice Race, named after the Grove based F1 team’s continuing sponsor for 2007 and to take place in the German city of Krefeld, will also feature Red Bull test driver Michael Ammermuller.
Eight teams, in identical 11bhp karts, will fight for grip at more than 110kmh with the help of spiked tyres.
