Ferrari have decided that Michael Schumacher having been drop kicked from pole to the rear of the grid will have a fresh engine for todays Monaco Grand Prix. Also as a tactical ploy the team has decided to start from pit lane which will allow them to top up the lead Ferrari with a significant amount of Shell’s finest fuel to enable a long first stint. The team will be gambling on Michaels and bridgestones abilities to perform consistant laps and hope to reach a good points paying position and reduce the damage to there world championship hopes.
