Schumi or no Schumi, we will keep watching!

Or, at least, that is the feeling amongst DailyF1News readers. After Hans-Joachim Stuck recently expressed his view that F1 audiences will drop following Michael’s retirement, especially in Germany, we decided to find out how you feel.

More than 70% said they’d watch F1 as often as before, while only 2% said they’d stop watching (which makes us wonder why they’re sitll following Formula One news – maybe they read only Schumcaher articles?). 3.9% said they’d watch less often and some 23% said they would watch more often now.

Moving on, there are only two teams left who have not confirmed their race-driver line-up. Toro Tosso is one of them and it’s certainly the most publicised of the two teams. While they have made indications that they are unlikely to change their current driver line-up of Scott Speed and Tonio Liuzzi, some would have it that Robert Doornbos still has a chance.

Who do you think should get the drive? Did Scott Speed do enough in his debut year to prove that he belongs in F1, despite a widely held view that he is only there because of Dietrich Mateschitz’ American Driver programme? Or should he make way for someone else to try and prove himself?
