The Dutch team Spyker says it will implement “significant aerodynamic updates” for the Malaysian grand prix after predicting an uncompetitive start to the 2007 season.
“For Australia the goal is to get both cars to the finish and to be as close to the pack in front as possible,” said chief technical officer Mike Gascoyne.
“With the new developments, hopefully by Malaysia we’ll be racing them.”
It also emerged that in 2007 Spyker has retained former owner Midland Group as a sponsor.
