Super Aguri gave the world a taste of what is expected to come, when they made their first appearance on track today at Circuit de Catalunya. This morning, number one driver, Takuma Sato completed an installation lap as he drove the car for its first public drive around the track.
Super Aguri, who some thought may have struggled to make the first race and succeed in making their debut in the restructured Arrows from 2002, now have three weeks till the big race, and look to make it on track. Just last week, the team announced their debut race team including former BAR Honda driver, Takuma Sato, and Yuji Ide, runner up in last years Formula Nippon series in Japan. The team is scheduled to test the new car over the next three days.
