Todt made Ferrari ‘CEO’

Ferrari confirmed on Wednesday that current team principal Jean Todt has succeeded Luca di Montezemolo as CEO of the Maranello based marque.

The 60-year-old’s appointment, and his replacement as general manager by Amedeo Felisa, was decided on Wednesday at a meeting of the board of directors in Turin.

Further personnel announcements are due later this week, including clarification about the future of Ross Brawn and whether Frenchman Todt will hand over the role of team principal to Stefano Domenicali as reported.
