With every other team leaving Barcelona on Thursday evening, Toyota race drivers Ralf Schumacher and Jarno Trulli stayed at the chilly Catalunya circuit for another day of pre-season testing.
“(The team) had the circuit to itself,” a statement on Friday confirmed.
Chief engineer Dieter Gass said: “We put in some quite quick lap times and the circuit was for sure in a very good condition after the three-day test this week.”
With the exception of Spyker, the entire F1 circus resumes running next Wednesday at the Jerez circuit, also in Spain.
