After the formula one circus returns from Bahrain, Toyota will have the honour of bringing the 2007 ‘winter’ to a close.
Although it is widely reported that the offshore Middle Eastern test is the last session of the pre-season, it has emerged that Cologne based Toyota has actually saved some winter mileage for a last minute run at the Jerez track.
Meanwhile, featuring every team except Williams and Spyker (who are running at Valencia), the marathon six-day Bahrain test – including a two-day break – starts on Thursday and ends one week later.
