Financially-embattled Spyker is now being chased in the courts by two disgruntled creditors.

The unpaid creditors want Spyker Cars, the Dutch formula one team’s road car-making parent, to be declared bankrupt, the newspaper AD reports on Tuesday.

Insurance company Zurich and a private individual claim they are owed a combined (US) $472,000.

Spyker founder and joint director Victor Muller seemed unfazed by the reports.

“Hundreds of requests for bankruptcy are made every day,” he said.

Since the beginning of 2007, Spyker shares have fallen from over 21 euros to just 4.30 euros.
