FIA announced that former Renault, Brabham and Lotus driver, Derek Warwick will be in F1 stewards panel which judges in controversial situations during Belgian Grand Prix on Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
It will be eighth Warwick appearance in that role – earlier he was an official steward eg. at Grand Prix in Spain and Hungary in 2010, Turkey and Abu Dhabi in 2011 and Germany and Japan this year. Warwick has 140 starts in F1 from 1981 to 1993 with four podiums.
Since August 2011, Warwick has been President of the British Racing Drivers Club (BRDC).
