With the defeat in the courts Sauber now faces a crucial question: Marcus Ericsson or Felipe Nasr, who will be out? My guess is that it will be Ericsson since the C34 features a fully livery based in the Brazilian sponsor.
The battle it’s not ended because the Hinwil team will appeal, but, whatever the outcome, Sauber will be facing a nightmare since any one of the drivers to lose its place will also take the case to court.
It is a shame and a demonstration that the F1 was never so disorganized.
In the end, we will have three drivers that even trained this year already racing in a GP. Worryingly? It is!
