Several formula one teams tested the use of brake lights at the Bahrain test last week.
Sources report that runners for Super Aguri, Toyota, McLaren, Renault and Ferrari – and possibly others – trialled the innovation at the Sakhir circuit. The news is sure to spark speculation that the governing body could implement brake lights on the grounds of safety.
