Sebastian Vettel was the fastest driver during Free Practice before Belgium Grand Prix. Just behind him was Mark Webber.

In opposition to firts practice, FP2 was completly dry and drivers and teams could test new solutions. Until 70th minute it was very calm session. Sebastian Vettel was testing how long softer tyres can run and after 14 laps right rear tyre got a puncture and damaged some parts of Red Bull`s floor. That was the end of this session for young German.

A few minutes later big problems had Giedo van der Garde who hit tyre wall and heavily damaged his car.

Although Vettel didn`t have full session time, he was the fastest, just thousands ot the seconds ahead of Mark Webber. Third was Romain Grosjean but his loss was big. Problems had also Frenchman`s teammate – Kimi Raikkonen who was seventh but lost much time due to liquid leak.
