While the other nine teams prepare for action in Bahrain, Spyker and Williams on Wednesday wrapped up their Valencia test and head now to another Spanish venue to conclude their preparations for season ’07.
Barcelona’s Circuit de Catalunya will host the independent squads for three days from next Tuesday.
At Valencia on Wednesday, heavy overnight rain left the circuit damp for the whole session, as British based Williams and Spyker each fielded two cars.
Nico Rosberg was quickest, while Adrian Sutil showed some improvement in Spyker’s pace by trailing the new Williams by half a second.
