Former technical director Geoff Willis, who has been on what is known in F1 as ‘gardening leave’, will not return to his post at Honda, the team announced in a statement on Friday morning.
The Brackley-based outfit said the two parties have now reached a ‘mutual agreement’ to part ways, following the news earlier this year that Shuhei Nakamoto had been promoted above him.
